Our cleaning service was able to resume at the beginning of June and all customers have been given the option for us to restart cleaning in their property. This is dependent on us receiving written confirmation that you agree with our procedures and have put in place the arrangements necessary to safeguard our staff on your premises.
We are all aware that there is a ‘new normal’ and have written to all existing customers to explain the robust procedures we have put in place for everyone’s safety and reassurance:
Contact We ask that all properties are empty whilst cleaning takes place to reduce person-to-person contact. If this is not possible, we ask that the occupants remain in one room throughout the clean. Our team aims to maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters at all times.
Upon arrival, our team will use hand sanitiser before touching any frequent touchpoints (garden gate, doorbell, key, door handles etc). Disposable face masks and gloves will be worn for the cleaning. Before leaving, our team should dispose of the gloves and thoroughly wash their hands or use hand sanitiser again.
Cloths Please ensure you have an adequate supply of cloths for your cleaner to use, either disposable cloths or reusable ones which will need to be washed and dried between each clean. (Please advise us or your cleaner where you would like the used cloths to be left, we would suggest putting them straight into the bin or washing machine, as appropriate.)
For ease, we can deliver a cloth pack to you. This costs £35.00 (normal retail price £60.00) and contains:
9 x premium graded 300gsm microfibre cloths - 3 x green, 3 x blue, 3 x red to be used as per the tri-colour cleaning system
3 x glass cloths - for smudge-free windows and mirrors
Cleaning products To ensure we can confidently enter homes and do everything possible to avoid transmitting the virus, we are asking all customers to agree to the compulsory purchase of this ant-viricidal cleaning product:

Independently proven to kill the Norovirus, HIV, Hepa s C and H1N1 Influenza viruses. Also certified to kill Clostridium difficile, MRSA and common food-poisoning bacteria including Salmonella typhimurium, Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli.
